• September 2004 - Present AVR Wappinger Falls, New York Head Construction Supervisor Supervise construction of Single Family Homes, Town homes, Condominiums and Apartments . Work cohesively with State representative of Energy Star program, to prepare for impending Code requisites. Effectively maintain production schedules, adhering to projected timelines. Supervise up to 60 individual subcontractor companies daily. Managed construction of community firehouse, which was donated to community by AVR Realty. Completed certification of OSHA safety training. Continually recognized for Team Leadership, credibility, and outstanding performance.

• April 2002 - August 2004 AVR Wappinger Falls, New York Finish Supervisor Responsible for scheduling of multiple sub contractors in a new housing development. · Manage the general labor force. · Duties include delivering Certificate of Occupancy by specific targeted deadlines. · Met with inspectors on site to keep development process proactive. · Communicate with the homeowners to determine if there are any issues to be resolved at the final walk through prior to closing.

• January 2002 – April 2002 Granite Halmar New York, New York Rodman-Heavy Construction Surveyor. Responsible for highway, bridge, and building layout at JFK Airport. Work in conjunction with the Party Chief in laying out positioning of all new curbs. Responsible for working with the Party Chief in determining the final grade for pavement, concrete and anchor bolts of signs and light towers. Established layout for all catch basins and manholes.

• July 2000-January 2002 Landscaping by Lorenz Poughkeepsie, NY Self-Employed Subcontractor Managed several landscaping crews · Managed residential and commercial lawn maintenance accounts. · Experienced with obtaining necessary permits from various city and town Building Departments. · Proficient in all phases of landscaping including installation of walkways using pavers, building decks. · Experience with welding, including the framing of a steel commercial building.

• April 1994-July 2000 Edwards-Casper Associate LLC., Poughkeepsie, NY Labor Forman Responsible for working directly with homeowners performing warranty work. Proficient with operating a full size backhoe, Mini Excavator, and York Rake. Supervised a small team of laborers through all phases of Townhouse construction. Responsible for helping all forms of subcontractors, to meet deadlines for inspections Assisted all trades under the management of my immediate supervisor.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma- John Jay High School- Hopewell Junction, New York Attended Boces training in small engine repair and Arc Welding I and II Class A Commercial Drivers License, New York Issued.
